Servicing

We recommend these are carried out annually on your equipment to ensure they are running efficiently and to maintain their health. If your system hasn't been cleaned for a while it may require a deep clean.

We can service all types of systems and equipment including airconditioning services, existing or fitted by ourselves.

So why are they important?

If your system hasn't been maintained properly then dust and debris can built up on the coils and block the air flow decreasing efficiency. This can then lead to the system over working to compensate and struggling to cool the compressor. This will then ultimately lead to parts or systems failing which can be quite costly.

Not only does a service extend the life of the system & reduce running costs but if it is an installation carried out by ourselves the service is required to extend the warranty.

What is the cost of a service?

Our standard service charge is £250 +VAT - this may seem a lot but it is a thorough clean of the system, coils and casings, drain clearance and a full system health check including leak detection, joint integrity & environment or system improvement recommendations.

If you require a deep clean then this is £300 +VAT to cover the extra time required.
