Leasing or Rental -
What's the difference?
Leasing means that you will own the equipment and you can spread the cost with monthly payments between 2-5 years.
There is a minimum loan amount of £2000 before you can apply but we can take applications from established and start up companies.
There is a credit check so this will appear on your records.
Air conditioning rental is a little different. You do not own the equipment and it is actually owned by ourselves.
The monthly costs are higher than leasing BUT all call outs, repairs and replacements are all included in the cost so there is nothing additional to pay if anything goes wrong.*
Some customers prefer this guarantee and it doesn't appear on your credit rating as it is direct with ourselves.

Leasing
What can you lease?
Almost all of our products; cellar cooling, cold rooms, ice machines, bottle coolers. You can even add in the yearly annual services for up to 5 years.
What's the catch? - You have to have a minimum of £2000 before you can apply. This means that ice machines and bottle coolers alone are not enough but if you need multiple items you don't have to worry about the outright cost for replacing equipment or starting up.
Who can apply for leasing?
Anyone! We only do business leasing so unfortunately we cannot offer it to our domestic customers just yet but we work with both established and start up companies and have a few leasing companies we can try to ensure we get the right deal for you.
What's a typical leasing monthly cost?
This depends on how much money you are looking to borrow.
Here are some typical costs based on our equipment and prices:
- Qualitair Cooling 3.5kw
system
(up to 9m of pipework) at £2,750 +VAT = Between £78p/m over 5 years and £160p/m over 2 years
- Qualitair Cooling 5kw system (up to 20m of pipework) at £3,750 +VAT = Between £105p/m over 5 years and £210p/m over 2 years
- Walk in chiller approx. 3m x 2m at £6,750 +VAT = Between £175p/m over 5 years and £365p/m over 2 years
- Walk in freezer approx. 4m x 4m at £10,050 +VAT = Between £245p/m over 5 years and £525p/m over 2 years
Rental
What can you rent?
You can rent an array of our products; cellar cooling, ice machines/flakers, bottle coolers. You can even add in the yearly annual services up to 5 years.
Unfortunately we cannot rent walk in cold rooms as these are bespoke and made to order.
What are the terms?
Minimum contract is for 18 months. It can be cancelled at any point after this and we will come and remove the equipment. Alternatively, you can purchase the equipment at any point too. After the 18 months it is just a rolling month so there is no end date until you no longer need it.
*Cellar coolers must have a yearly service carried out by ourselves to enable the free repairs/call outs/replacements for the length of the air conditioning rental.
What's a typical rental monthly cost?
This depends on what air conditioning rental equipment you are looking to borrow.
Here are some typical costs based on our equipment and prices:
- Qualitair Cooling 3.5kw system = £150 +VATp/m
- Qualitair Cooling 5kw system = £165 +VATp/m
- Ice machine at 25kg/24hr = £40 +VAT p/m
- Ice machine at 50kg/24hr = £55 +VAT p/m
